Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a General Manager Facilities & Service to oversee maintenance operations for several Arizona communities, including Chandler & Mesa. You will lead a service team, manage maintenance turns, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least 5 years as a maintenance manager in multifamily, EPA/CPO/OSHA certifications preferred, and strong budgeting skills. Competitive pay starts around $91,520 annually with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a maintenance manager in multifamily properties.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA, CPO & OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Budget management, expense control, forecasting experience.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, carpentry and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance across multiple communities.
• Lead maintenance technicians and grounds staff with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and building systems.
• Coordinate apartment turns to market readiness within timelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, oversight and capital projects.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in maintenance budgets, forecasts and capital expenditures.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture focused on service.
