Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist/Resident Services Specialist to support our aging communities across California. Candidates must be LVNs and ready to work across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

The ideal candidate will travel extensively (up to 95%), supervise staff, hire and coach, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality resident care while coordinating with site leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful multi-site clinical experience.
• Experience in AL and/or MC communities.
• LVN degree required.
• Supervisory and management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management.
• Business analytics skills with ability to link information to action.
• Familiar with state licensing requirements.
• Willingness to travel 95%.
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to fill in for Resident Services Director as needed.

• Oversee daily operations and staff coaching.
