Apploi seeks an LVN Clinical Director in California to oversee daily nursing operations, medication administration, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance across assisted living and related settings. You will lead the clinical team and coordinate with families and physicians to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active CA LVN license, 3+ years of clinical nursing experience with 1–2+ years in supervision, CPR/BLS, and IV therapy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered California LVN license.
• Minimum 3+ years clinical nursing experience with 1–2+ years in a supervisory role.
• CPR/BLS required; IV Therapy certification preferred/required by state.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Care Oversight: manage daily nursing workflows, update care plans, monitor health changes, audit EHRs.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, schedule, and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and care staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Compliance & Safety: maintain licensing, OSHA, HIPAA, infection control; lead survey and inspection prep.
• Communication: serve as main contact for physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
