Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Legal Operations, Field Manager to oversee Managed Services operations across designated site locations within the territory. You will align operations with contractual requirements and drive site performance and service excellence.

The role leads account expansion, renewal efforts, talent development, and customer experience initiatives while ensuring financial objectives are met. This position reports to the Area Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
• Experience in multi-site operations management or facilities outsourcing
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Managed Services teams across sites
• Ensure timely, quality service delivery and adherence to standards
• Manage client relationships and contractual obligations
• Drive account profitability and billing accuracy
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned
