Qualifications

• 5-7 years of multi-site operations management experience in a professional business setting.
• Successful completion of Site Manager Level training (internal candidates).
• Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance per Ricoh policy.

Responsibilities

• Promotes effective recruiting and selection to attract and hire talent.
• Arrange assignments and experiences to develop team members’ learning and job satisfaction.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and end users to support engagement and service effectiveness.
• Direct management of Managed Services employees within assigned territory.
