Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent two or more properties, delivering exceptional service and driving leasing goals. You will show, lease, and welcome prospective residents, while maintaining market awareness and processing applications with accuracy.

You will support resident relations, coordinate move‑ins, and handle administrative duties to keep operations organized across multiple sites, ensuring a smooth, positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service or sales; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi/Entrata is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move‑in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move‑in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move‑out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
