Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Multi-site Leasing Professional to showcase apartments at Wedekind, Patton, and Linden properties and secure leases across multiple sites. You will travel between properties, coordinate showings, process applications, and provide excellent resident service while maintaining professional standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong sales experience, and proficiency with leasing software such as OneSite and Entrata, with bonuses for successful

Qualifications

Prefer 1-2 years of experience in Leasing for Property Management.
Lease-up experience strongly preferred.
A valid driver’s license in good standing is required, travel between properties.

Responsibilities

Market apartments by promoting rentals by phone and in person; demonstrate apartments and community to prospective renters, sell features/benefits, secure commitments and deposits, and follow up on undecided prospects.
Lease administration under the supervision of the Property Manager.
Review property management data base for data input accuracy.
Transport and set up marketing collateral to and from rental.
Prepare rental units before showings and ensure readiness.
