Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and check backgrounds.
• Prepare move-in packages and ensure smooth lease signings and renewals.
• Execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain property standards.
• Assist with lease renewals and maintain accurate lease documentation.
