The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Proficiency with Entrata Yardi or One Site is desirable, and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects in person, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property using internet tools and social media.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
