Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team. You will lead leasing operations, coordinate renewal programs, and work with clients to sustain occupancy across our communities.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year leasing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Driver's license required.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations, including taking resident calls and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Review aged vacancies, market-ready apartments and models.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Additional duties as assigned.
