Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to drive tenant inquiries, conduct tours, process applications and manage lease documentation across our communities. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you coordinate with the Leasing Manager to meet occupancy goals and ensure a positive resident experience.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, a valid driver's license may be needed, and familiarity with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused with ability to be a strong team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• State-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including leasing information, appointments and maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
