Job summary

Mark Taylor Residential Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant for Azul at Spectrum & Borrego at Spectrum.

You will greet prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the full leasing process to close deals. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales or customer service experience, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and are comfortable using property management software.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience required.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and meet leasing goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, prospects and team members.
• Strong customer service, able to address resident concerns and de-escalate situations.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark‑Taylor greeting prospective and current residents and providing an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding through the complete application process and following up on status.
• Communicate via email, phone, and in person to create positive resident experiences.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Uphold Mark‑Taylor’s high brand standards for curb appeal and resident experience.
