This role delivers exceptional service to residents and prospects, conducts tours, and guides applicants through the application process. You will manage leasing files, price units, and maintain a world-class resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leasing experience required.
• Strong leasing and sales skills with the ability to manage the leasing process from prospect to move-in.
• High-energy, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Flexible and adaptable to float between POD communities and provide coverage as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service with ability to resolve concerns and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor and greet prospects and residents with exceptional service.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale and guide applicants through the full process and follow up on status.
• Create positive experiences for residents and future residents via various communication channels.
• Maintain resident files, collect rental payments, and manage availability and pricing.
