AMLI Buckhead, AMLI Flatiron and AMLI 3464 seek a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy across three luxury communities totaling 911 apartments in Atlanta. This role offers exposure to multiple properties, increased leasing opportunities, and a high-energy sales environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Saturday availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare lease agreements and process applications
• Assist with resident renewals and retention efforts

• Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions across all three communities

AMLI Residential is looking for a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant to join our Atlanta team, supporting three luxury communities totaling 911 apartment homes. By working across AMLI 3464, AMLI Buckhead, and AMLI Flatiron, you'll have access to a larger inventory of apartment homes, more traffic, and greater opportunities to convert prospects into residents. Instead of being limited to a single property, you'll help prospective residents find the AMLI community that best fits their lifestyle while maximizing your leasing potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Multi‑Site Leasing Consultant, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador for AMLI and play a key role in driving occupancy and revenue across three premier Atlanta communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting personalized tours and showcasing luxury apartment homes and community amenities
• Building relationships with prospects and identifying their housing needs
• Following up on leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries
• Converting traffic into leases while achieving leasing goals
• Preparing lease agreements and processing applications
• Assisting with resident renewals and retention efforts
• Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
• Creating exceptional move‑in experiences for new residents
• Supporting resident events and community engagement programs
