Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• AppFolio experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist marketing collateral for available units.
• Assist residents with rental information and applications.
• Conduct in-person and virtual showings of units.
• Help residents move in/out and coordinate inspections.
• Support lease renewals and rent increase processing; conduct market analysis.
