Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ industry experience preferred in janitorial or facilities management.
• Ability to demonstrate expertise in the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
• Strong planning for short- and long-range initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience supervising subcontractor teams and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel across multiple geographies.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Flexible with hours and schedules.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
