Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking an Area Manager to oversee janitorial operations across multiple buildings within the Phoenix area. You will manage site supervisors, coordinate staffing and training, and ensure exceptional service quality for existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand the business.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, planning, and project management skills, with extensive travel across geographies and a focus on compliance with safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years industry experience preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise self-performing and sub-contractor cleaning teams.
• Oversee janitorial operations across multiple buildings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Travel within assigned territory to oversee operations and quality control.
