Job summary

Mavi North America is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Network Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouse operations. You will oversee Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD, and AWS environments, ensuring high availability and reliable operations for critical POS and store devices.

You will configure and troubleshoot network gear, maintain connectivity, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and AWS.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
• Experience managing firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise networking equipment.
• Hands-on with GoTo Resolve or similar RMM platform.
• Experience writing PowerShell or similar automation scripts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's network and IT infrastructure across corporate offices, retail stores and warehouse location.
• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and AWS environments to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ensure reliable connectivity for business-critical systems such as POS terminals, warehouse devices, printers, and office technology.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify issues proactively, and minimize system downtime.
• Support IT infrastructure for new store openings, relocations, office expansions and other business initiatives.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers for circuit installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Administer GoTo Resolve (or a similar RMM platform) for remote support, software deployment, endpoint management, and asset monitoring.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell or similar automation scripts to streamline system administration and software deployment.
• Manage operating system updates, software deployments, endpoint management and patching.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, cloud, and network-related issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and IT asset inventory.
• Assist with IT procurement, hardware lifecycle management, and software licensing.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for corporate, warehouse, and retail users.
