Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to own inventory accuracy across multiple sites. You will perform daily on-the-floor counts, verify orders before shipment, and resolve discrepancies with the remote accounting team to positively impact financial reporting.

You will lead cycle counting, coordinate with accounting on adjustments, and supervise counting staff. Travel between facilities is required, and flexible scheduling may include weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on inventory control in food/beverage manufacturing or distribution.
• Cycle counting, scanner-based location tracking, and resolving discrepancies at source.
• Strong ERP experience; NetSuite preferred with other ERPs acceptable.
• Experience collaborating with accounting on inventory movements for financial reporting.
• Experience in drive-in racking environments.
• Willingness to work variable schedules, including weekends/off-hours.
• Proven ability to improve inventory control processes without basic training.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of inventory accuracy across multiple sites with physical counts.
• Lead cycle counting programs and address discrepancies at the source.
• Coordinate with accounting on inventory adjustments and financial reporting.
• Supervise and guide counting staff, making senior decisions as needed.
• Travel between facilities to verify inventory, including outside warehouses.
• Identify process gaps and implement outside best practices.
