Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or technology programs.
• Strong PM experience across multiple sites.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, define scope, build execution plans, and drive decisions.
• Strong cross-functional influence across engineering, operations, vendors, finance, security, and IT.
• Excellent executive communication and business writing skills.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, and program health.

Responsibilities

• Own programs from strategy and planning through deployment and execution.
• Define scope, success criteria, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, finance, security, and field teams.
• Manage deployments, vendor performance, procurement, supply-chain constraints, and site readiness.
• Track program health, risks, dependencies, costs, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates, business reviews, and program narratives.
• Drive risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and decisions without direct authority.
• Improve processes and create scalable program-management mechanisms.
• Support mentoring and continuous improvement across the team.
