Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment community’s public areas, common spaces, and grounds. You will prepare units for move-in and support the Community Manager with daily operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus, with basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. Flexible hours and on-site responsibilities are included in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or one year’s housing experience.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency expected.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of public facilities, common areas, and grounds as directed.
• Prepare make-ready units and maintain cleanliness of offices and amenities.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Enforce community policies and safety regulations under supervision.
• Support management with customer relations and service quality.
