Job summary

ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, provider relations, and team leadership across four medical practice locations in Georgia.

You will drive patient experience, financial performance, and operational consistency while partnering with clinicians and administrative leaders. This role requires a bachelor's or higher, 5+ years medical office experience with 2+ in management, Epic EHR proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care across multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across four practice locations.
• Manage provider scheduling, onboarding, and team development.
• Reconcile payments, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead quality and performance improvements using KPIs.
• Support patient experience and financial performance.
