Job summary

Unidine Healthcare in Gainesville, GA seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio across Northeast Georgia. This role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and client relationship management for 4 acute care hospitals, 3 long-term care communities, and 1 behavioral health facility within 45 minutes of Gainesville.

You will coach site leaders and drive financial and patient satisfaction outcomes across the region with minimal overnight travel,

Qualifications

• Multi-unit leadership experience in healthcare foodservice.
• Proven success managing large-scale operations and client relationships.
• Strong financial acumen with profitability improvement experience.
• Ability to develop high-performing teams and leadership bench strength.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading change to improve service, quality, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Directors of Dining Services and healthcare leaders across multiple locations.
• Drive patient, resident, visitor, and retail dining experiences to high standards.
• Build relationships with hospital executives, long-term care administrators, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, food safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Own regional budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L accountability.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
