Job summary

Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a full-time Director of Operations to lead multiple locations, optimize patient flow, provider schedules, and surgical suite utilization, and drive scalable systems.

You will build high-performing teams, implement standardized workflows, oversee staffing strategies, and track KPIs to ensure daily excellence, compliance, and rapid site launches in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in physician practice, ASC, or office-based lab.
• 3+ years managing managers.
• Experience leading interventional radiology, vascular, cardiology, or orthopedics.
• Knowledge of front-end revenue cycle operations, prior authorization, and payer requirements.
• Experience developing staffing models, KPIs, and budgets.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and outpatient survey-readiness standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow, provider schedules, and procedure-suite utilization.
• Develop teams, solve challenges, and maintain high standards of care and compliance.
• Lead new site launches and implement standardized workflows.
