Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operational management across Rimrock locations.
• Provide direct supervision to Site Managers across all locations.
• Ensure operational consistency across Billings, Bozeman, and future sites.
• Monitor daily site performance, staffing alignment, and workflow efficiency.
• Conduct routine site visits and operational reviews.
