Job summary

Rimrock seeks a Director of Operations to manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, including Admissions, Intake, and Integrated Services. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA, CARF, and federal regulations while aligning with Rimrock’s mission and performance expectations.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires leadership to optimize staffing, workflows, and revenue cycle readiness across Billings and future sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• 5-7 years leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience managing multi-department operations.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operational management across Rimrock locations.
• Supervise Site Managers and ensure consistency Billings and future sites.
• Oversee Admissions, Intake, and Integrated Services operations.
• Monitor productivity, billing compliance, and service utilization.
• Lead quality, risk management data collection and quarterly reviews.
• Recruit, hire and evaluate staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
