Job summary

Spero Health, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Facility Administrator (Practice Manager) to oversee operations at our Barbourville, KY and Williamsburg, KY clinics. You will travel between both sites to lead patient care, compliance, and operational performance.

The role requires 2+ years in management (healthcare or related fields) with healthcare experience preferred; a 4-year healthcare background is advantageous. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent behavioral health experience. Minimum of four (4) years' experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Sets the standard for a remarkable patience experience.
• Leadership: Develop, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver the best care for our patients.
• Community Education/Marketing: Works with marketing to increase patient referrals and builds relationships with physicians and referral sources.
• Compliance: Ensures HIPAA and CFR 42 part 2 compliance and timely incident reporting.
• Financial/Operations: Manage clinic operations, budget, vendor relationships, and supplies.
