Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center seeks a Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep multiple sites safe, compliant, and fully operational for patients and staff. The role supports repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility needs across Indiana, requiring regular travel between locations and some after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to travel between multiple JPCHC sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned work orders.
• Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist with patching, painting, and general surface repairs; install shelving and fixtures.
• Maintain lighting systems and support preventive maintenance tasks.
• Travel between sites and coordinate with vendors and clinic staff on facility needs.
