The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Anderson, IN. This hands-on role maintains safe, compliant environments across multiple JPCHC locations to support patient care and operations.

You will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and preventive tasks while traveling between sites and coordinating with vendors to ensure facilities stay reliable for staff and patients alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complete assigned work orders.
• Conduct minor repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist with patching, painting, and general surface repairs.
• Install shelving, cabinets, furnishings, and fixtures using appropriate tools.
• Maintain lighting systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Travel between sites to support facility needs across locations.
