Jane Pauley Community Health Center is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. This hands-on role keeps all JPCHC locations safe, compliant, and fully operational, enabling uninterrupted patient care.
You will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and assist with preventive tasks, while traveling between sites and collaborating with facilities leadership and clinic staff to address facility concerns.

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team; an ideal opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining safe, functional environments and understands the critical role facilities play in supporting patient care.
The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the daily operations and upkeep of all JPCHC locations; ensuring facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for patients and staff. This role works closely with Facilities leadership and site teams; performing routine maintenance, supporting repairs, and assisting with facility needs across multiple locations. Regular travel between sites and occasional after-hours support are required to maintain continuity of operations.
