Job summary

Responsibilities include building a capable management team, overseeing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across service lines such as food service, facility support, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Strong focus on client and customer service with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and senior management.
• Experience leading through other managers and managing department budgets.
• Experience in service, contract services, or hospitality.
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages the client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and developing plans for optimal service and satisfaction.
• Builds, develops, and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement based on operational needs and contract terms.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Adheres to Aramark's standards of operation and safety; duties may change as needed.
