Job summary

Sodexo Live! seeks a District Manager to oversee premium airport lounges at DFW, LAS, PHX and SAN. Ideally based in Dallas, the role leads service, staffing, financials, compliance, and leadership while traveling regularly between lounges.

Take the lead in managing multiple accounts across a dynamic region, champion operational excellence, build client relationships, mentor on-site teams, and shape budgeting and forecasts to drive guest satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of management experience required.
• 7 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple accounts within a dynamic region, champion operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape business operations across the portfolio.
