Job summary

New Horizons is seeking a Multi-Site Facilities and Vehicle Assistant in California to support custodial and facilities needs across Glendale and Thousand Oaks locations, plus additional sites. You will help keep campuses clean, safe, and organized, handle receptionist duties, mail, and inventory, and assist with events and meetings.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with an hourly rate of $23–$25. You’ll work with the Business Operations team and may support IT and security functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of custodial and facilities maintenance principles.
• Must be highly flexible to support multiple sites and events.
• Ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities across multiple sites.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist at the Glendale location.
• Prepare venues for events and meetings, including setup and post-event cleanup.
