Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to deliver efficient facility services across multiple customer sites within an assigned territory.

A company van and tools are provided, and travel to client sites is required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds. The role requires hands-on work across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and roofing as needed to resolve issues and maintain client facilities.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry; or equivalent.
• Past background in landscaping, janitorial, or construction-related services is preferred.
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance (unclog drains, repair leaks, replace fixtures).
• Perform routine painting and carpentry to maintain facilities in good condition.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements.
• Complete service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
