Job summary

Ohio Machinery Co. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities within the designated region.

You will diagnose, repair, and coordinate with external contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, a high school diploma, CMMS proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Basic building systems knowledge; CMMS proficiency required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and travel between facilities in the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and ensure safety and quality.
• Document maintenance activity in CMMS and maintain records.
• Respond to emergencies and work overtime as needed.
• Communicate status updates to Maintenance Manager and staff.
