Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building engineering, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience supporting complete building systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on base building systems.
• Travel routinely between assigned facilities to execute maintenance plans.
• Coordinate, supervise, and quality-check contractors and service vendors.
