Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on facility maintenance or building trades experience.
• Basic computer skills for work order apps.
• Team player who can work effectively with site personnel and supervisors.
• Working knowledge of building and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools.
• Ability to travel between YWCA locations.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within the expected timeframe and track progress.
• Assist with painting, drywall, plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, ballast changes, cleaning and general repairs to building systems.
