Job summary

CloudKitchens is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance across multiple sites in the DMV area. You will handle drywall, painting, tiling, shelving, and equipment installation, plus exterior upkeep. Routine HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance helps keep kitchens operational.

We value independence, reliability, and the ability to travel between sites with a valid driver’s license. Overtime is available, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field-based role.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs across multiple sites (drywall, patching, painting).
Tiling, basic masonry, shelving, and equipment installation.
Floor repairs and exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping).
Conduct routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Travel between sites across the Greater DMV area; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational.
