Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple Bay Area sites. You will handle drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work and site operations, with a mix of hands-on tasks and inspections.

The role is field-based, Monday–Friday with on-call and overtime opportunities; travel between sites in the Greater Bay Area, local travel, and independent work with support from experienced teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including drywall, patching, painting, tiling.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Travel between sites within the Bay Area to keep kitchens operational.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day facility issues and coordinate with internal teams.
