Job summary

Dungarvin is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming residential environments. You will handle electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting maintenance across multiple sites, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and external contractors as required.

The role offers hourly pay of $27.25–$28.00 based on experience, full-time hours, and occasional overtime. Expect 2–4 site travel days per workweek, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of building maintenance experience (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair).
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repairs throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and remodeling work for electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and outside contractors when needed.
• Travel between 2–4 sites per day; mileage reimbursement for business travel.
