Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites (drywall, painting, tiling, shelving, equipment installation).
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Travel between sites in the Greater DMV area to support operations.
• Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational.
