Job summary

CloudKitchens in the Washington, DC area is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to service multiple sites across the Greater DMV. This on-site role combines hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and site operations support, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional on-call overtime to keep kitchens operating smoothly.

You will travel between locations, perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including drywall, patching, and painting.
• Tiling and basic masonry.
• Shelving and equipment installation.
• Floor repairs and upkeep.
• Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping).
