Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech to maintain corporate office spaces, buildings, equipment, and grounds. The role involves working across three corporate locations with regular preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and coordination with vendors.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in facility maintenance, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. IFMA/FMP or similar certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in facility maintenance.
• Education must be from an accredited institution. High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• IFMA membership and FMP (or similar certification: CFM, SFP, PMP) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain approximately 100,000-150,000 SF of corporate office space or equivalent to 10-15 branches.
• Float between multiple corporate buildings as business needs dictate.
• Identify budgetary needs, collect bids, and assist in Capital Projects budgeting.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completions.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA, SDS regulations.
