Job summary

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries is seeking a Director of Facilities and Security to oversee all facility-related operations across HQ, training centers, and retail sites. You will manage maintenance, security, and housekeeping, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and external requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, vendor management, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support events and ongoing renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in building and security management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role and 2 years in multi-site operations.
• Experience with electronic facility management systems and data-driven optimization.
• Willingness to perform physical work and travel within the state.
• Proficiency in MS Office with cost and utilization analysis.
• Knowledge of boilers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security staff across facilities.
• Lead development and implementation of policies to keep premises safe and clean.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure facilities-related activities meet organizational needs.
• Manage preventive maintenance contracts for equipment and regular site inspections.
• Maintain building security, video surveillance, fire alarm, and emergency systems; document test results.
