Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Food Service Manager certification.
• Skilled with power tools and shop equipment; basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to document equipment records and maintain safety training records.
• Willingness to work adjusted hours including overtime, evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facilities operations point for two locations; coordinate access, repairs, and vendor service.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs (plumbing, minor electrical/HVAC).
• Conduct inventory, desk moves, and equipment assembly; document work in Jira.
• Review vendor quotes and supervise food service programs and sanitation.
• Manage office supplies, mail, and space setups for events; ensure safety standards.
• Oversee external vendor maintenance; manage company vehicles like forklifts.
• Provide or coordinate health and safety training as needed.
