Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Operations Manager in Irving, TX to lead the operation of telecommunications client facilities. The role requires overseeing maintenance, budgets, and staff, with travel across the Dallas area. Onsite schedule is M-F 8-5 with on-call duties and a company vehicle provided.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day services, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and work with vendors to optimize facility operations and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Advanced experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases.
• Universal EPA / CFC license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of all facility systems.
• Interface with client senior management, vendors, and organization levels.
• Utilize data analytics to communicate issues, solutions, and decisions.
• Ensure paperwork like OAT/FAT certificates and warranties are completed with client and vendors.
• Develop and implement Start-up Plans for projects.
