Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and the efficient operation of our multi-state corporate locations. You will drive preventive and reactive maintenance, manage vendor performance, and control facility budgets to reduce costs while keeping locations safe and functional.

In this role, you’ll coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and general repairs, partner with landlords and internal teams, and support openings, remodels, and capital

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management, maintenance, or related field.
• Experience across multiple locations and multi-state operations.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety, and appearance of corporate locations.
• Lead preventive and reactive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and janitorial tasks.
• Manage contractors and service vendors, ensuring SLAs and cost control.
• Track work orders, invoices, and maintenance history for accuracy.
• Support openings, remodels, and capital projects with vendors and timelines.
• Communicate facility priorities and project status to leadership.
