Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair for multiple dealership locations and facilities.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure facilities meet safety, cleanliness, functionality, and appearance standards.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and security systems; coordinate emergencies.
• Lead capital projects, obtain bids, evaluate proposals, and manage vendors.
