Job summary

USA Storage Centers is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee multi-site property upkeep, safety, and tenant services across several GA locations including Cumming, Statham, Dawsonville, Monroe, Winder and Lilburn. You will manage maintenance tasks, coordinate with contractors, and support sales objectives while ensuring excellent customer relations and proper administrative routines.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required for work-related travel.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness and safety during visits.
• Prepare vacant units to rent-ready standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and improvements.
• Create and track maintenance requests in Service Channel.
• Inspect signage and marketing materials for consistency and visibility.
• Assist with POS tasks including move-ins and payments.
• Promote strong customer relations with the RCSM and District Manager.
• Monitor security systems and report issues promptly.
• Complete daily checklists and basic administrative tasks.
• Travel between sites with mileage reimbursement as applicable.
