Job summary

USA Storage Centers is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of multiple storage properties within a region. This hands-on, field-based role requires frequent site visits and strong ownership of property standards.

You will perform light maintenance, inspections, and routine cleaning, coordinate with contractors, and support day-to-day operations, customer experience, and property performance across sites in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property cleanliness and rent-ready units.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and property inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and improvements.
• Create and track maintenance requests across sites using Service Channel or equivalent.
• Audit property conditions and manage supplies and inventory.
